Garlic and White Bean Hummus Recipe
Simple and fresh ingredients bursting with flavor and ready in less than 5 minutes!
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1/2 whole lemon juice squeezed
- 2-3 whole garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1 Sprig Fresh Parsley
Drain and rinse the cannellini beans
Add the juice of the 1/2 lemon into a blender. Then add all of the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy - if took thick, add more EVOO
Add salt and pepper to taste
