Easy Baked Brie
Warm, melted brie with a buttery crescent roll crust and baked with red pepper jelly.
- 1 Wheel of brie
- Red Pepper jelly
- 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then flatten out the pillsbury crescent rolls onto the parchment paper.
Place your wheel of brie onto the rolled out crescent rolls
Add red pepper jelly on top of the brie. Keep the rind on and thickly cover the brie with the jelly.
Fold the crescent rolls up and cover the brie completely. Seal up any holes in the dough by pinching it all together. Cut away any excess dough.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
